SwissCham National (NAGA) Annual General Assembly

Dear Members of SwissCham,

We are pleased to invite you to SwissCham's National Annual General Assembly (NAGA), to be held in Beijing on March 31, 2026. The RAGA will be followed by the NAGA, and we will then have the opportunity to celebrate the election of the new Boards with a Celebration Flying Dinner.

NAGA are for members only.

Non-members are welcome to attend the Celebration Flying Dinner after the assemblies. Registration for the Flying Dinner is not yet open—please stay tuned for further updates.

National Annual General Assembly (NAGA) in Beijing (17:15–18:15)

• The National Annual General Assembly of SwissCham China will take place in Beijing on March 31, 2026. It aims to:
• Review SwissCham China's performance over the past year
• Vote on the new Articles of Association (AoA) (more details below)
• Review and decide upon the financials
• Elect the new National Board members
• Agree on the program and budget for 2026/27

• Participation & Proxy Form (mandatory for voting members)

This important assembly requires every voting company member to complete the Participation and Proxy Form and return it to our Executive Director, Mr. Guillaume Joyet (guillaume.joyet@swisscham.org), before March 10, in order to:

• confirm your attendance, or
• delegate your vote to the Board of Directors if you are unable to attend.

• New Articles of Association (AoA)​ - click to review

At this year's NAGA, SwissCham will present a fully updated set of Articles of Association (AoA) — the Chamber's constitution. Members are invited to review the draft AoA on our website in advance. The final approval will be put to a vote during the NAGA.

A separate information note will be shared soon, summarizing the key changes and what they mean in practice. This update is part of our ongoing national governance alignment and long-term development.

在本届 NAGA 上，中国瑞士商会将正式提交全新修订的全国章程（Articles of Association, AoA），即商会的基本章程。

会员可提前在商会官网查阅章程草案，最终版本将于 NAGA 会议期间投票表决。

我们将很快另行发布一份说明文件，概述本次修订的主要变化及其实际影响。本次更新是中国瑞士商会持续推进全国治理协调与长期发展的重要组成部分。
