As part of our continued efforts to strengthen SwissCham's strategic direction and internal alignment, we are pleased to announce the SwissCham Convention 2025. This important event coincides with the 75th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Switzerland, as well as the prestigious Sino-Swiss Business Awards (SSBA) Gala, offering a significant opportunity to convene our entire Board of Directors and members from across all regions.

为进一步加强中国瑞士商会的战略方向与内部协同，我们荣幸宣布 2025中国瑞士商会大会正式启动。本次重要会议恰逢中瑞建交75周年纪念以及备受瞩目的中瑞商业大奖盛典，为我们汇聚来自各地区董事及会员提供了绝佳契机。

Purpose & Objectives 会议核心宗旨

The convention is a strategic working meeting, designed to foster solutions and concrete proposals that will help shape the future direction of SwissCham. Your active participation is crucial in making SwissCham stronger, meeting the evolving needs of our members.

此次大会是一场战略性工作会议，旨在提出切实可行的解决方案与具体建议，共同推动商会未来的发展方向。您的积极参与，对商会的发展至关重要，也将使我们更好地服务于会员企业的不断变化的需求。

Key Objectives: 关键目标

• Modernize the bylaws: Align with MCA standards and adapt to current member needs.章程现代化：对照MCA标准，更新完善商会章程，以更好地契合当前会员企业的实际需求。
• Strategic alignment and next steps: Review member feedback and define cleear directions for the committees and the 2026 agenda战略协同与未来规划：回顾会员反馈，明确委员会工作方向并制定2026年度议程。
• Regional alignment: Ensure consistency across chapters and reinforce SwissCham as one coordinated national platform. 区域协同：确保各地区分会工作的一致性，强化SwissCham作为统一国家级平台的整体形象。

This convention will begin with a buffet lunch and networking session (for BODs only), offering participants a chance to connect informally ahead of the working sessions. The Working Sessions will address key topics such as bylaws and chamber governance, as well as committee roles and planning for SwissCham's 30th anniversary next year. Finally, a plenary session will be held to review the breakout session results and collective discussion on proposals and next steps. 

大会将从自助午餐与自由交流(仅限董事)开始，为与会者提供轻松的互动机会。随后展开的工作会议环节将聚焦于章程与治理结构、委员会职责分工以及SwissCham即将迎来的30周年庆典筹备工作。最后，我们将举行全体会议，共同回顾分组讨论成果，围绕提案与下一步行动开展集体讨论。

 As part of the 75 years anniversary event series, SwissCham LifeScience Roundtable will be held to bring together industry experts, company leaders, and stakeholders for in-depth discussions on current trends, challenges, and collaboration opportunities in the life sciences sector.

做为中瑞建交75周年活动的一部分，中国瑞士商会生命科学圆桌会议将同步举行。此次圆桌会议将汇聚行业专家、企业高管及相关利益方，围绕当前生命科学领域的行业趋势、面临的挑战以及合作机遇展开深入讨论。

The 75th Anniversary Gala Dinner and Sino-Swiss Business Awards 2025 (SSBA), a prestigious biennial event organized by SwissCham China in collaboration with the Swiss Embassy, will celebrate the companies that have made outstanding contributions to the Swiss and Chinese business communities.

中国瑞士商会将携手瑞士驻华大使馆，于2025年8月27日在北京隆重举办中瑞建交75周年庆典活动暨中瑞商业大奖颁奖典礼。该奖项为两年一度的重要盛会，旨在表彰对中瑞商业交流作出卓越贡献的企业。

We gather together high-level officials, business leaders and outstanding entrepreneurs to showcase the nominees and announce the winners at the Awards Ceremony and the Gala Dinner.

Building upon the success of previous editions held in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2023, this year marks the 12th years anniversary of the SSBA in Beijing.

自2013年首届举办以来，历经2015年、2017年、2019年、2021年与2023年，今年正值SSBA创办第12周年。

The event comprises five distinct categories that aim to highlight outstanding achievements by Swiss and Chinese companies in fostering innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. It celebrates the best practices that strengthen economic and cultural ties between Switzerland and China.

本届中瑞商业奖共设五大类奖项，旨在表彰中瑞企业在推动创新、可持续发展与合作方面的杰出成就，弘扬强化中瑞经济与文化联系的最佳实践。

This year, we set up the Legacy Award - a unique non-competitive award recognizing companies that have operated in China for over 20 years. Every eligible company will be honored, highlighting their long-standing contributions to Sino-Swiss business relations.

今年特设传承奖——这一独特的非竞争性奖项将表彰在中国运营超过20年的公司。所有符合条件的公司都将获得认可，以彰显它们在中瑞商业关系中长期以来的卓越贡献。

The SSBA will include 5 distinct award categories, each highlighting a specific industry and topic. These categories guarantee a comprehensive representation of various industries and ensure that both Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs, less than 500 employees in China) and large companies (LC, more than 500 employees in China) have equal opportunities to be recognized separately.
