Dear Members of SwissCham,
We are delighted to invite you to our Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) held on March 25, 2024.
The RAGA will be directly followed by the NAGA and afterward we will have a RAGA/NAGA Election Celebrationwhich is the perfect opportunity to celebrate with the re-elected or newly elected Board Directors, gather with other SwissCham members and friends, as well as enjoy a tasty dinner.
SwissCham Beijing members are represented by a Board of Directors (BOD) elected every year by the RAGA. Are you interested in becoming a member of the Board of Directors and in contributing to the Chamber? Then please click here.
As the chamber year is coming to its end, this is the chance for our members to know more about us: to review our activities of 2023 to decide upon financial matters, to agree on the program for 2024 and to elect our Board of Directors.
The important assembly requires every voting company member to fill out the proxy and send back the Participation and Proxy Form to our Executive Director Mr. Guillaume Joyet,guillaume.joyet@swisscham.org , before March 10, in order to either confirm your attendance or to delegate your vote to the Board of Director if you cannot attend to it.
The RAGA is reserved to members only. Non-members are all welcome to attend the RAGA election celebration at TBC following the RAGA and NAGA.
The National Annual General Assembly will take place in Beijing this year on March 25th, which aims to review SwissCham China's last year performance, to decide upon financials, to elect the new National Board members and to agree to the program and budget for 2024.
Annual General meeting is for members only. Non-members are invited to attend the flying dinner to be held after the conference.
