如果您要取消出席活动,请在活动开始前48小时写邮件给beijing.members@swisscham.org。如未能及时取消，我们视同默认付款，若非瑞士商会主办的活动，取消规则请参照活动主办发布的条款。
In case you need to cancel your attendance to the event, please write an email to: beijing.members@swisscham.org at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to cancel your RSVP timely will require the payment of a "no show bill" of the full amount stated in this invitation. Buy shuttle tickets via us. Gather at SwissCham China Office, followed by shuttle bus transfer to Thaiwoo Ski Resort. Limited tickets! First come, first served – while stocks last. / 通过我们购买班车票。在中国瑞士商会办公室集合，乘坐班车前往太舞滑雪场。 车票有限，先到先得，售完为止。

- Departure: Gather at 6:00 p.m. on January 16th; depart sharp at 6:30 p.m.
- Return: Gather at 10:00 a.m. on January 18th; depart sharp at 10:30 a.m.

Self-arrival at Thaiwoo, Chongli / 需自行前往崇礼太舞
High-speed train: Take the train from Beijing North to Qinghe, and then get off at Taizicheng. There are free shuttle buses available in the town./ 高铁：北京北-清河-太子城下车，小镇有免费的巴士接送。

Participants in the Ski Journey Event acknowledge and understand that engaging in skiing competition involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of heavy injury. By participating in this event, all participants agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.
All participants are required to adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers and staff prior to and during the event. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disqualification from the event.
The organizers, sponsors, and any affiliated parties of the Ski Journey Event shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the course of the event. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own insurance coverage for any potential injuries or damages.
By signing up for the Ski Journey Event, participants indicate their acknowledgment and acceptance of the risks associated with the event and their consent to release the organizers and sponsors from any liability.
