SwissCham East Chapter warmly invites you to the second edition of the Legal Committee Gathering—an evening hosted by the SwissCham Legal Committee. Following the success of our inaugural gathering in July 2025​, this seasonal event brings together key professionals from the legal sector for a relaxed yet purposeful networking experience designed to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.


Highlights of the Evening:

  • Official unveiling of the 2026 Legal Committee Calendar Plan – gain insights into upcoming initiatives and events aimed at supporting legal professionals and businesses operating in China.

Established in 2023, the SwissCham Legal Committee serves as a platform for legal professionals to support member companies in navigating the complexities of China's legal system. The committee is dedicated to addressing legal challenges faced by both MNCs and SMEs, including topics such as data security, investment regulations, joint ventures, force majeure, tax compliance, and best practices for mitigating legal risks.

如果您要取消出席活动，请在活动开始前48小时写邮件给cherry.huang@swisscham.org。如未能及时取消,我们视同默认付款。若非瑞士商会主办的活动，取消规则请参照活动主办发布的条款。


In case you need to cancel your attendance to the event, please write an email to: cherry.huang@swisscham.org at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to cancel your RSVP timely will require the payment of a "no show bill" of the full amount stated in this invitation. For third-party events, the event terms and conditions of the event organizer apply.
