Swiss Cultural Week Opening Day 瑞风尚快闪开幕式

SwissCham is delighted to invite you to the Opening Night of the Swiss Cultural Week on July 27 from 19:00, which will take place at the prestigious China World Shopping Mall in Beijing.

Exact location: 国贸商城北区西配楼一层中庭L1 or L1 Atrium,West Section,North Zone,China World Mall

you can as well look for the location of Shake Shack （国贸商城店）. A restaurant close to the location of the Swiss Culture Week.

We will be holding a cocktail show on the stage followed with a casual networking. We will be providing a Swiss cocktail per ticket and Swiss finger food. Come and join us to celebrate the first year of the Swiss Culture Week.

The China World Mall opened in 1990 and is one of the important business pillars of the China World Center. Currently, the China World Mall has a building area of 230,000 square meters. Booth Size and Requirements:

• The allocated booth size is 2m*2m.
• SwissCham will provide the booth location, but the design and production of the booth should be arranged by the company purchasing the booth space.,
• The booth design can be customized freely within the allocated booth size.

SwissCham offers exclusive packages to its members for the Swiss Cultural Week, but we also welcome non-member companies to participate in the event.

If you choose to purchase a booth, you will be granted the exclusive privilege of hosting a private party on the 48th floor of the mall. This provides you with an exceptional opportunity to create a unique and memorable experience for your guests in a prestigious setting. The private party on the 48th floor can be tailored to your specific requirements, allowing you to showcase your brand, products, or services in an intimate and luxurious environment. For more information and to discuss the details of organizing the private party, please contact us directly. We will be delighted to assist you in making your event a remarkable success.

Important information: Even if you do not have a registered shop in the shopping mall, you will still be able to sell your goods during the Swiss culture week. There are two options available for selling:

• Online Store Redirection: You can redirect your clients to your online store, where they can make purchases. This allows you to showcase your products and conduct transactions through your existing online platform.
• Temporary Account Assistance: SwissCham will assist you in registering a temporary account in the shopping mall. This will enable you to directly receive payments and sell your goods during the Swiss Cultural week. SwissCham will provide support in setting up the temporary account.
