SwissCham is honored to support the upcoming seminar Legal Risk Prevention and Dispute Resolution for Enterprises in the Context of the Trade War, which will take place at 14:00 onJuly 11 in Chengdu. The event is jointly organized by SGLA Law Firm, China Society of Private International Law, and the School of International Law of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.

Coinciding with the 2025 Annual Conference of the China Society of Private International Law and the "Private International Law and Chinese Modernization" Forum in Chengdu, this seminar will feature distinguished speakers from both academia and legal practice. They will share the latest insights and developments at the forefront of foreign-related legal theory and practice—offering participants a high-level intellectual and practical legal experience.
