Southwest RAGA, Accelleron Company Visit and Celebration Dinner

We are delighted to invite you to our SwissCham China Southwest Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) and company visit to Accelleron in Chongqing on March 19, 2025.

我们很高兴邀请您参加于2026年3月19日在"奥赛能"举办的公司参访活动与中国瑞士商会西南区域年度大会。

The RAGA will be directly followed by the Celebration Dinner to celebrate with the re-elected or newly elected Board Directors, gather with other SwissCham members and friends, as well as enjoy a tasty dinner.

区域年度大会后, 随即举办庆祝晚宴以庆祝连任或新任董事，并与其他瑞士商会会员和朋友欢聚！

Chongqing West Train Station is approximately a 50-minute drive from Accelleron. We will organize a shuttle bus between Chongqing downtown (train station) and Accelleron. More detailed information about the bus arrangement will be released shortly.

Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) of SwissCham Southwest China

The Regional Annual General Assembly (Southwest) will be held on March 19th 2026. The RAGA aims to review SwissCham China - Southwest's last year performance, to decide upon financials, to elect the new Regional Board members and to agree to the program and budget for 2026/27.

中国瑞士商会西南区域年度大会将于2026年3月19日举办，旨在回顾西南区域过去一年的工作表现、审议并决定相关财务事项、选举新的董事会成员，并决议2026/27年度计划和预算。

The important assembly requires every voting company member to fill out the Participation and Proxy Form​ online before March 10, in order to either confirm your attendance or to delegate your vote to the Board of Director if you cannot attend to it. National Annual General Assembly (NAGA) of SwissCham

中国瑞士商会全国年度大会（NAGA）

The National Annual General Assembly of SwissCham China will take place in Beijing this year on March 31st 2026, which aims to review SwissCham China's last year performance, vote on the new AoA (more details below), to decide upon financials, to elect the new National Board members and to agree to the program and budget for 2026/27.

中国瑞士商会全国年度大会将于2026年3月31日在北京举行，旨在回顾中国瑞士商会过去一年的工作表现、投票表决新的章程（AoA）、审议并决定相关财务事项、选举新的董事会成员，并决议2026/27年度计划和预算。

Registration Deadline 报名截止日期

Online registration by 15th March, 2026. 网上注册截止于2026年3月15日。

Cancellation of RSVP 退改政策

In case you need to cancel your attendance to the event, please write an email to: southwest.members@swisscham.org at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to cancel your RSVP timely will require the payment of a "no show bill" of the full amount stated in this invitation. For third-party events, the event terms and conditions of the event organizer apply.
