The event brings together industry experts and company leaders to explore how automation, digitization, and human-robot collaboration are driving operational efficiency, transforming business models, and reshaping workforce strategies in modern manufacturing. Among the speakers, Lucas Rondez, CEO of TAROMED and National Chairman of SwissCham China, will share insights on how the Swiss entrepreneurial mindset aligns with China's technological advancement and speed, drawing from TAROMED's successful development journey from China to the USA.
