Event Reminder and Responsibility
1. Real-name registration and admission. Each ticket must be registered under the name of the person attending. Please bring your valid and original national ID card or passport for verification at check-in. Copies or photographs will not be accepted. Guests without the original document, or whose name does not match their registration, may be refused admission without a refund.
2. Cancellations and refunds. To request a refund, email beijing.members@swisscham.org by 23:59 Beijing time on 27 October 2026. Refund requests received after this deadline, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. If SwissCham cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a refund.
3. Name changes. Tickets cannot be transferred at the door. To change the registered attendee, email beijing.members@swisscham.org by 23:59 Beijing time on 27 October 2026. Changes are subject to venue and security requirements.
4. Guest conduct and responsibility. Guests must follow the venue's safety rules and reasonable instructions. A guest is responsible for property damage or injury to others caused by their negligence or wilful misconduct at the event. To the extent permitted by law, the guest agrees to reimburse SwissCham for reasonable amounts SwissCham is required to pay as a result of that conduct.
5. Photography and filming. Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used in SwissCham's event reports and communications. If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please contact beijing.members@swisscham.org before the event or speak to our team on site.
