The RAGA will be directly followed by the Swiss Traditional Flying Dinner to celebrate with the re-elected or newly elected Board Directors, gather with other SwissCham members and friends, as well as enjoy a tasty dinner.

The important assembly requires every voting company member to fill out the Participation and Proxy Form online before March 10, in order to either confirm your attendance or to delegate your vote to the Board of Director if you cannot attend to it. The National Annual General Assembly will take place in Shanghai this year on March 27th, which aims to review SwissCham China's last year performance, to decide upon financials, to elect the new National Board members and to agree to the program and budget for 2025/26.
全国年度大会将于2025年3月25日在上海举行，旨在回顾中国瑞士商会过去一年的运营和财务事项，选举新的董事会成员，并决议2025/26年度计划和预算。

如果您要取消出席活动,请在活动开始前48小时写邮件给beijng.members@swisscham.org。如未能及时取消，我们视同默认付款，若非瑞士商会主办的活动，取消规则请参照活动主办发布的条款。
In case you need to cancel your attendance to the event, please write an email to: Southwest.members@swisscham.org at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to cancel your RSVP timely will require the payment of a "no show bill" of the full amount stated in this invitation. For third-party events, the event terms and conditions of the event organizer apply.
