随着中国咖啡文化的蓬勃发展以及对食品安全与可持续性的日益重视，瑞士食品技术与制造专长为本土市场提供了独特价值。作为中国咖啡之都，昆山正成为食品加工与精品咖啡创新的战略枢纽。本次创新日活动由瑞士商会创新-数字化-可持续发展委员会主办，昆山经济技术开发区协办，重点展示瑞士在自动化、可持续农业及食品包装领域的解决方案如何满足中国对品质、效率和本土化整合的需求。
行业专家与企业领袖将围绕先进制造业与可持续食品科技领域的数字智能与绿色转型展开探讨，并分享瑞士领先食品企业如何将尖端技术适配本地消费趋势、监管框架及市场需求，同时应对本土化挑战的实践洞见。
参会者还将实地探访亚洲最大咖啡研发基地星巴克中国咖啡创新产业园、开乐盖与亚太咖啡生豆分拨中心，亲身体验瑞士的自动化与质量控制系统。

As China's coffee culture grows and demands for food safety/sustainability rise, Swiss food technology and manufacturing expertise offer unique value to local markets. Kunshan, China's Coffee Capital, serves as a strategic hub for innovation in food processing and specialty coffee. Organized by the SwissCham Innovation-Digitalization-Sustainability (IDS) Committee with support from the Kunshan Economic Development Zone, this second Innovation Day event highlights how Swiss solutions in automation, sustainable agriculture, and food packaging address China's needs for quality, efficiency, and localized integration.
Industry experts and company leaders will discuss Digital Intelligence & Green Transformation in Advanced Manufacturing and Sustainable FoodTech, with insights from leading Swiss food firms on adapting advanced technologies to local consumer trends, regulatory frameworks, and market demands while addressing localization challenges.
Additionally, participants will visit Starbucks China Coffee Innovation Park, Carlo Gavazzi, and Asia-Pacific Raw Coffee Distribution Center to explore Swiss automation and quality control systems in action.
This journey from factory floor to gourmet experience connects innovation, sustainability, and cultural exchange, unlocking growth in China's dynamic market. We look forward to your participation.
