Influencer marketing has become one of the most powerful—and complex—growth drivers in Mainland China. For many Swiss companies, it represents both significant opportunity and strategic uncertainty. While the promise of large audiences, rapid visibility, and high engagement is compelling, successful collaboration requires more than just reach—it demands clear positioning, thoughtful execution, and a disciplined approach. Without these, campaigns risk becoming costly without delivering meaningful impact. In partnership with FinnCham China, we invite you to this session on Monday, March 16, designed to address the role of influencers in driving brand growth in mainland China.

The panel will explore:

  • How influencer collaborations actually work in China
  • How brands should evaluate ROI and long-term impact
  • Common mistakes foreign companies make
  • The difference between short-term hype and sustainable brand growth
  • When influencer marketing makes sense — and when it does not.
