Join our upcoming webinar with Ms.Zhang Xiaoyan, Vice President, China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID),a leading governmental think tank affiliated to the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

The "New-quality Productive Forces" (NQPF) are China's next-level industrial policy ambition and are nowadays pursued against the geopolitical context of hardening EU-China trade and investment relations as well as further deepening US-China technological competition.

Key questions we will cover:

• what is the "NQPF" framework and how was it defined?
• how do policy instruments differ for "traditional", "emerging" and "future" industries?
• what does the new industrial policy principle of "adapting to local conditions" (因地制宜) mean in practice?
