Sino-Swiss Economic Forum 2026 中瑞经济论坛

1. Real-name registration and admission. Each ticket must be registered under the actual attendee's full name, exactly as shown on their identification document. Please bring your valid, original national ID card or passport for verification at check-in. Copies and photographs will not be accepted. Guests without the required original document, or whose name does not match their registration, will be refused admission without a refund, except where otherwise required by law. Please check your details carefully and request any corrections before the deadline in section 4.

2. Registration review and approval. All registrations are subject to SwissCham's review and approval. SwissCham reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, to decline or cancel a registration without providing a reason. In such cases, any ticket payment received will be refunded in full.

3. Cancellations and refunds. To request a refund, email beijing.members@swisscham.org by 23:59 Beijing time on 27 October 2026. Requests received after this deadline, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, except as otherwise provided in these terms or required by law. SwissCham may consider exceptions at its discretion. If SwissCham cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price paid.

4. Name changes and ticket transfers. Tickets cannot be transferred at the door. To correct registration details or change the registered attendee, email beijing.members@swisscham.org by 23:59 Beijing time on 27 October 2026. Changes require SwissCham's written confirmation and remain subject to attendance eligibility, venue and security requirements. An unapproved substitute attendee will be refused admission.

5. Sub-forum selection and programme changes. Sub-forum selections are final upon submission of registration and cannot subsequently be changed by the attendee, including on site. Admission to a sub-forum is limited to guests registered and confirmed for that session. SwissCham may reasonably adjust the programme, speakers, timings or room allocations where necessary and will notify attendees of material changes. Minor programme changes do not, by themselves, entitle attendees to a refund. If a selected sub-forum is cancelled or materially changed, SwissCham will inform affected attendees of the available alternatives and any applicable refund arrangements, subject to their legal rights.

6. Guest conduct and responsibility. Guests must follow venue safety rules and reasonable instructions from SwissCham, venue staff and security personnel. SwissCham may refuse admission or require a guest to leave for disruptive or unsafe behaviour or refusal to follow such instructions. Guests are responsible for property damage or injury to others caused by their negligence or wilful misconduct. To the extent permitted by law, a guest agrees to reimburse SwissCham for reasonable, documented amounts SwissCham is required to pay as a direct result of that conduct, in proportion to the guest's responsibility. This does not cover loss attributable to SwissCham's own negligence or misconduct.

7. Photography and filming. Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used in SwissCham's event reports and communications, subject to applicable law. If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please contact beijing.members@swisscham.org before the event or speak to our team on site so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. 实名报名及入场。 每张门票须以实际参会人的真实全名报名，且须与其身份证件上的姓名完全一致。签到时请携带本人有效期内的身份证或护照原件以供核验；复印件或照片不予接受。未能出示所需证件原件，或证件姓名与报名信息不符的来宾，将被拒绝入场，且不予退款，法律另有规定的除外。请仔细核对报名信息，并在第4条规定的截止时间前申请更正。

2. 报名审核及确认。 所有报名均须经中国瑞士商会审核及批准。中国瑞士商会保留在适用法律允许的范围内，自行决定拒绝或取消报名的权利，无须说明理由。在此情况下，商会将全额退还已收取的票款。

3. 取消报名及退款。 如需申请退款，请于2026年10月27日北京时间23:59前发送邮件至beijing.members@swisscham.org。逾期提出的退款申请及未到场者，不予退款，本条款另有约定或法律另有规定的除外。中国瑞士商会可酌情考虑特殊情况。如中国瑞士商会取消活动，已购票来宾将获退还已支付的票款。

4. 姓名变更及门票转让。 门票不可在活动现场直接转交他人使用。如需更正报名信息或更换参会人，请于2026年10月27日北京时间23:59前发送邮件至 beijing.members@swisscham.org。变更须经中国瑞士商会书面确认，并符合参会资格、场地及安保要求。未经批准的替代参会人将被拒绝入场。

5. 分论坛选择及议程调整。 分论坛选择在提交报名后即确定，参会人此后不得自行更换，包括在活动现场更换。 各分论坛仅限已报名并获确认参加该场次的来宾入场。中国瑞士商会可根据实际需要，合理调整议程、演讲嘉宾、时间或会议室安排，并将重大变更通知参会人。轻微议程调整本身不构成退款理由。如所选分论坛被取消或发生重大变更，商会将向受影响的参会人说明可选安排及适用的退款方案，并保障其依法享有的权利。

6. 来宾行为及责任。 来宾须遵守场地安全规定，以及中国瑞士商会、场地工作人员和安保人员的合理指示。对于扰乱秩序、存在不安全行为或拒绝遵守上述合理指示的来宾，商会可拒绝其入场或要求其离场。来宾因自身过失或故意不当行为造成财产损失或他人人身伤害的，应承担相应责任。在法律允许的范围内，如中国瑞士商会因该行为而须支付合理且有凭证的费用或赔偿，该来宾同意就该行为直接造成的损失，按照其应承担的责任比例向商会偿付相应金额。因商会自身过失或不当行为造成的损失，不在此偿付范围内。

7. 摄影及摄像。 活动期间可能进行摄影及摄像，相关影像可能在适用法律允许的范围内用于中国瑞士商会的活动报道及宣传。如您对被拍摄有任何顾虑，请在活动前联系 beijing.members@swisscham.org，或在现场告知工作人员，以便商讨适当安排。

本条款不排除或限制任何依法不得排除或限制的权利或责任。
