Event Details
The Human Factor – not the technological one – is what ultimately makes Digital Transformation succeed or fail. In this intimate C-Level breakfast, we explore what it truly takes to bring employees along on the digitalization journey, drawing on real-world cases of rollouts that stuck and ones that didn't.
Our speaker, Rosanna Terminio, a portfolio entrepreneur, PhD Candidate at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (expected July 2026), and researcher specializing in tech-driven organizational change since 2012, brings both academic rigor and hands-on consulting experience to the table. Her research examines how employees perceive and respond to new technologies — from AI to collaborative robotics — and what leaders can do to turn resistance into adoption.
Key themes for discussion include: why employees resist new tools even when the technology works; how work identity and self-esteem shape technology adoption; and what leadership and HR teams can do differently to drive lasting change.
This is an off-the-record, peer-level conversation designed for senior leaders who want to be honest about what's worked — and what hasn't.
