Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

SwissCham China sincerely invites you to the event organized by the SwissCham HR Committee, in partnership with Insaight AI and Swiss Re: "AI, Mental Health, and Human Skills: What Every Leader Needs to Understand Now."

As AI moves deeper into everyday work, the pressure on people is changing. Teams are being asked to adapt faster, think differently, trust new systems, and stay accountable in environments where the line between human judgment and machine output is becoming harder to see.

The Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce invites leaders across the business to join this interactive corporate town hall on the human side of AI adoption: mental bandwidth, stress, confidence, critical thinking, ownership, and the skills people need to stay well and effective. Every leader shaping work, expectations, performance, or change has a role in ensuring AI strengthens people rather than quietly weakening their judgment, wellbeing, and sense of agency.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A clearer view of how AI can affect mental load, confidence, and decision-making
  • A practical distinction between automation, augmentation, and human judgment
  • Better questions for leading teams through AI pressure, role change, and uncertainty
  • Insight into the human skills that become more valuable as AI becomes more capable

Please note: Seats are limited to ensure in-depth interaction. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

With best regards,

Your SwissCham Team
